The gardens are fully landscaped with lawn areas, Mediterranean plantings and mature tea-tree boundary hedging providing total privacy.
The split-level, open-plan design is also perfect for entertaining. Steps lead up from the living area to the double-height kitchen and dining areas, with a further timber stairway giving access to the upper gallery.
The gallery provides an additional living and dining space, and opens onto a sheltered upper terrace with its panoramic views.
